• Two pre-wedding consultation (Initial meeting and timeline meeting 6 weeks before wedding)

• Available anytime with any questions you may have throughout the wedding planning process

• Construct a detailed wedding day timeline

• Confirm all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

• Review all your vendor contracts and details

Wedding Day

• Detailed onsite coordination and management of entire wedding day

• Oversee complete vendor set-up of the ceremony and reception site

• Make sure all special items are properly in place (place cards, menu cards, guest book, etc.)

• Coordinate pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

• Direct the ceremony processional

• Act as the point of contact for all vendors

• Assist the family, wedding party and guests as needed
