When should we book a wedding coordinator or wedding planner?
Most couples book 9–12 months before their wedding. If you’re closer to your date that’s okay! I often step in a few months or even weeks out. The sooner we connect, the better I can support you.
What’s the difference between Wedding Coordination and Partial Planning?
Wedding Day Coordination is ideal if you’ve already booked your vendors and planned the details. I step in closer to the wedding to finalize timelines and manage the full day. Partial Planning includes ongoing help during the planning process, such as vendor communication, budgeting support, and monthly check-ins.
Can I customize a package or add extra services?
Absolutely! My services are customized to fit your wedding day and the level of support you need. Additional hours, planning support, and setup or design assistance can all be added to create the right fit for you
